Returns
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of underwear (not including bras and bralettes).
Start your return online and we'll email you a Royal Mail barcode to show at any Post Office — no printer needed. Items can be returned for store credit or a refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return reaching us.
